The team

From our team of unpaid Directors, to our gym partners, and our event day coaches, every person involved with Together We Lift does so entirely voluntarily, without asking for or expecting a single penny.

They do it to help our message go further. To ensure that people wake up to the reality that Together We Are Stronger and that through Together We Lift, we can make an impact within Strength Sports - to tackle the stigma around Mental Health, and use our events to provide a physical reminder that through Communication and Trust we really can do more.
